Moose Coffee was founded in 2006. The concept grew from a love for the great American breakfast culture and nowhere does it better than the diners & delis of New York City.
Our aim is to provide an American Canadian influenced breakfast and brunch experience with an authentic short order menu. From the classic Comfort Diner on 45th St to the cosmopolitan Pershing Deli at the south end of Grand Central Station, we wanted to capture the American & Canadian attitude to the best meal of the day and sought to create an eclectic mix of comfort food inspired by our culinary experiences.

Rococo
Established in 2008 we are an independent coffee house situated in Liverpool City centre, adjacent to Liverpool ONE and shopping areas. Tourist destinations such as Albert Dock, Our UNESCO World Heritage Waterfront, and the Cavern Club(directly behind), as well as over a dozen museums are on our doorstep.
We occupy a historic building on Lord street that has a long history, including once being head office for radio Caroline pirate radio station in the 1960s.
Being a fully independent Coffee House, there is only 1, so we strive to do our best in everything we do from our coffee and food, to our ethics and interior design, and offer you what the coffee chains can’t. We’re saving Liverpool from corporate coffee

The little cafe at the ‘top of the hill’ has been a Liverpool institution for more than four decades. Established in 1974, in the style of the great Bohemian cafes of Europe, Cafe Tabac has always been a hub for the creative residents of Liverpool, attracting artists, actors, singers and performers amongst its varied and colourful clientele, as well as many of the city’s best-known sons and daughters including Frankie Goes to Hollywood frontman Holly Johnson and actress Margi Clarke, who starred in the cult film ‘Letter to Brezhnev.
