Mziuri began anew in 2006 when a group of young people decided to bring Dumbadze’s ideas back to life. Gabriadze
One day, Rezo said that he wanted to open a theater cafe “not so people could eat, but so that one single coffee bean could be roasted all day long, filling the theater with its aroma”. And so, in 1996 a cozy café appeared in the theater. Its first name was “Don’t grieve!” and it is one of the few cafes in Tbilisi from that era that is still open.
